Keith Hudson is married to Paige, and they are blessed with two young boys, Elijah (12) and Taylor (11). Keith grew up in Kenly, where he graduated from North Johnston High School. Upon graduating from high school, he attended UNCW, or as he calls it UNC-Wonderful or UNC by the Sea. After graduating from college, he attended Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary for both his Master of Divinity degree and Doctor of Ministry degree.

           Keith has a deep love for the Word of God with a desire for people's lives to be transformed by the power of the gospel. Further, Keith also has a deep desire to assist, encourage, and strengthen pastors and churches toward ministry and missions from local to international with the intentional support of new works, while providing practical training and support for the pastors and churches. He has a deep desire to assist churches toward being healthy churches that are on mission for Jesus, impacting lostness, and making disciples.

           Additionally, Keith has three certifications through Auxano: Vision Planning, Vision Framing, and Vision Leading; Maxwell Leadership Certified Team Member; and significant training in conflict resolution and mediation. 

           Keith has been in ministry for 29 years: 14 years as a Lead Pastor, 10 years as a Youth Pastor, and now 5 years as an Association Mission Strategist. Further, he leads Hudson Leadership LLC which is a church consulting and coaching agency.
